- Include the following for a faster solution:
- Your full name
- The best phone number where you can be reached
- Your email address
- Your company’s name
- Which location if your organization has multiple locations
- Talk about what program you were using when the issue happened.
- What else were you doing when the issue happened?
- What time did it occur?
- Is there an error message displayed?
- Take a screenshot (Windows: Win Key + Shift + S, Mac: Shift, Command, and 3)
- Select the area you want to screenshot
- Then paste it or attach the screenshot in your email
