Many things can be done to submit a ticket that will help us resolve it more quickly. See some examples below:

  • Include the following for a faster solution:
    • Your full name
    • The best phone number where you can be reached
    • Your email address
    • Your company’s name
    • Which location if your organization has multiple locations
  • Talk about what program you were using when the issue happened.
  • What else were you doing when the issue happened?
  • What time did it occur?
  • Is there an error message displayed?
  • Take a screenshot (Windows: Win Key + Shift + S, Mac: Shift, Command, and 3)
    • Select the area you want to screenshot
    • Then paste it or attach the screenshot in your email
